The biggest room available for open booking in Our Space is the large training room, located immediately to the left of the buildings front entrance. This is a very large and open space and can house between thirty and fifty people comfortably. The room is outfitted with a projector, and other resources, such as notice boards, white boards, laptops and network access, can all be arranged on request. The room can be Booked online,
The large meeting room is also bookable by anyone using our online system. The room is located to the right of the building's front entrance, directly opposite the large training room. As with all the main Our Space rooms it is outfitted with a projector, with other resources available on request, and has a large sectioned meeting table. The room can accommodate up to fifteen people.
The smallest openly available Our Space room is the meeting room adjacent to the Our Space office. The small meeting room is accessible from both the office and the Costa Coffee area, and again is fitted with a projector with further equipment available on request. The room can seat between eight and ten people.
In addition to the three meeting rooms, agency staff can also book one of the five free interview rooms that sit alongside the main office space. These can sit around three people, and are only available to staff working with agencies based at Our Space.
The Community Kitchen is the latest facility to be made available through Our Space. This facility is unique in Fife and is intended to be an educational resource to the local community for instructing in healthy eating and cooking, food safety and cooking to a budget. The Kitchen is located on the first floor of the building (direction can be obtained from the reception), and has cooking facilities suitable for groups of around twelve people as well as various other resources, including a virtual whiteboard and laptop services. Various courses will be organised through the college to use the Kitchen,
